Jacqui Davidson

  • Training as a chef in her late 20s to explore the wonders of what food can offer, she then took her kitchen recipes to high volume manufacturing as Co-founder and Innovation Director of Monty’s Bakehouse.

    Pioneering bake-in pack hot snacking onboard.

    Evolving to co found Gastro Culinary Innovation in 2011 - with extensive product development - to include the hand held street food inspired Gastropak.

    Partnering with Heinemann Scorpio International Holdings in 2017 to enter the retail on board market. This development saw the first steps in ambient snack boxes.

Alyna Trotman

  • Building 30 years of aviation experience; 20 across inflight product, cabin, and commercial departments.

    Creating two successful aviation businesses focused on all aspects of Direct Operating Cost.

    Founding her third business in 2008 creating successful travel retail strategy for exclusive brands, simplifying things for her clients and boosting revenue stream.

    Partnering with the Hayward Partnership - consultancy and more.

    Joining Jacqui in 2018 at Gastro.
